Why Drum? Well first of all it is fun! But did you know that drumming is really, really good for you? It reduces stress and boosts the immune system. It synchronises brain activity and promotes alpha waves (Hemispheric Coordination). Drumming helps us to release negative feelings and emotional trauma. It helps us to connect with ourselves and others.
