Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks on Dodecanese Blvd

If you haven't been to the Tarpon Springs Sponge docks tonight is a great night to go!  The best Greek food this side of Athens.  Grab a glass of Retsina and be prepared for two spicy cultures colliding.  Go early and check out the unique shops ( I love the Getagura soap shop), sponge museum or take a ride on a sponge boat.  Or just sit and people watch!  The docks are always a fun time but toss in Ybor's latin music and dancing and you know it is going to be exciting!

Salsa on the Docks -FREE!  The event will feature Latin music with Orquesta Infinidad as well as dancing and outdoor dining opportunities.

From Tampa’s historic Ybor City, Orquesta Infinidad has been performing salsa, merengue, cumbia, Latin jazz, and an array of other Latin musical genres for more than two decades. The band will play from 7 to 10 p.m.  

A free dance lesson will be offered by instructor Jairo Garcia from 6 to 7 p.m.
